Wow can you say run a round? After figuring our what cable wsa needed for programing. (Not listed in manual or website) Then find out the softcase ,which I normally like to use them. I find the snap to puton belt is poor quality and just come loose. I post for vendor no answer. I clickon product support which goes to Baofeng which tells me they are sorry perhaps I can geton forums to see if someone has suggestion to correct. Or perhaps if I am handy with things like that I can use a rubber band to help. And they tell me since it came from a vendor of theirs they can't help. But Amazon shows Baofeng as a support resource . Only gave one star as amazon requires that as a min.

I really like this radio and its build. Has good sound quality on transmit and receive. Nice large customizable display. However after trying several PC’s and various programming cables including a Boafeng and 2 different DM-32’s I could never get them to connect in order to use the Boafeng CPS program.

VERY VERY disappointed. I was hoping this would be a better radio. Many of the menu options listed in the manual doesn't exist. Dual Watch function doesn't work and the menu option to enable it doesn't exist. Tha manual is completely useless. Nothing matches between the manual and the actual radio. And, the picture on the AMazon listing isn't even this radio. The picture is UV-32.
