I bought 2 pairs of these shocks, my first order was perfect not so much on the second order. They came not in the factory box but in a bag, they looked like they had been returned and no 10mm bushings or the shock wrenches. NOT GOOD

This whole order has been a mess. First package was lost by ups. On top of that these shocks are really soft and I can't imagine them riding well. Maybe on a cheap quad that doesn't go off-road these will work but for any real riding avoid these

They arrived quickly. Easy to install. Perfect fit, other than the part where the mounting bolts goes through. It was a bit narrow, but I filled the gaps with a washer or two.
