Nice printer. The app is not so user friendly. The printer has to use their brand for the labels and they didn’t carry the size of label I needed.

Nice and small. Instructions are pretty vague. Comes with a lot of templates which is nice, and the print quality is pretty good. I wanted something with a larger printer size which this has. I’ve been testing out some of the ready made templates. My issue is I can’t figure out how to print correctly. The printer doesn’t automatically recognize the label size so I’ve been guessing. And everything prints vertically. I can’t figure out how to print horizontally. When I try to design my own label it sets up horizontally so that seems right. But the templates are the wrong layout. Hopefully I can figure it out because you can edit them, which would save time since designs are already done.

First the print time on the labels is less then a second. Seriously it appears right after you hit print on your phone. You do need to download an app and a lot of the templates on the app you need a subscription for but they also have a lot of free options as well. It was easy to use and set up out of the box and I've already used it a lot. You can also use different sized rolls of paper. I did have a hard time when installing the paper because I didn't realize that the paper has to be sticking out of the printer In order for the machine to register that it has paper. It's a pretty handy little machine and it's made really well.

This is a big label maker, and I've been using it to label stuff in my craft room and garage. It has worked well so far. I was surprised at how big it is, and I think it would be better suited for a home business, small business, etc. It's really more than I needed. You download the app and you can also do QR codes, which comes in handy for sure.I look at reviews a lot while shopping. I hope this review helps!

The piano black panels on this printer, while aesthetically nice, accumulate fingerprints, dirt, and smudges, which can be frustrating. However, despite this drawback, the printer itself is excellent for producing labels and barcodes on the go. Its compatibility with both phones and PCs adds to its versatility and convenience. Unfortunately, the app associated with the printer requires overly assertive permissions, including access to GPS location and phone contacts, which I find intrusive and unnecessary for label printing. It's disappointing that such a great piece of hardware is hindered by this. While the PC software is less intrusive, it's still a shame that the app falls short in this regard. Despite these issues, running the app in a virtual environment reveals many features and user-friendly interface, again the intrusive permissions remain a significant downside. Overall, it's disappointing when such excellent hardware is let down by intrusive app implementation.
