Installed it on my 1990 Honda Civic DX Hatchback EF as a replacement. After 33 years the original OEM distributer is finally calling it's quits by not giving enough power to the plugs. This new distributer is an excellent direct replacement. Car runs great!

I have a 1988 Honda CRX 1.5L. OEM Distributor is a TD-01U. OEM Coil Pack TC-05A.The Coil Pack installed inside this Distributor is TC-07A which is for a 1990 1.5L.Check engine Light will not turn off. Receive Code 8 (8 flashes) which is a TDC issue. Replaced with a OEM TD-01U Distributor, cleared codes. Problem solved. I spent several hours of research.
