I have a very good, comfortable desk chair with adjustable arms. Despite this, the arm padding began fraying and parts started falling off. I was looking for a fix such as purchasing the replacement padding, but found it difficult to do so. The protective covers I purchased did the trick. My initial concern was that the covers would be hot and my arms and elbows would sweat. I live in a hot climate. However, the sleeves are light, but heavy enough to stop the wear and tear on the original arm padding. My only wish is that I had these sleeves initially. Perhaps they would have stopped the breakage from starting to begin with.. Anyone who uses a desk chair can appreciate that no matter what you do, the arms always suffer. I am now considering purchasing more for the rest of the chairs I own.
