I wanted to love this! One bottle came without a straw. It also looked used. I figured I would try the other bottle anyway. It sprayed in a stream and still didn’t cover the bottom of a pan. The bottle also leaked down the front once I was done using it. I wiped off the part that I could see running down the side but it mustn’t have been done. I had oil all over the bottom of my cupboard when I got it out the next day.I would not recommend.

I ordered this oil sprayer after reading an article about how the propellants used in cooking sprays degrade the coatings on non-stick cookware. This sprayer is well constructed. I like that it can either pour or spray, doing double duty and not requiring counter space for two vessels.However, the trigger must be pressed firmly or the result is a small stream rather than an atomized spray. Even when pressed firmly, the resulting mist is a flat, triangular spray pattern rather than a cone, which would be much easier to aim and control. The trigger must be pressed several times to adequately coat the bottom of a pan. Because of the aim and control issue, I will likely order either a pump or a battery powered oil sprayer.

I really like these in place of aerosol oil sprays. On occasion it won’t spray right and is just a stream, but for me it’s not really a problem. I bought 3! Using for avocado oil, coconut oil, and lemon juice.

These oil sprayers are pretty decent. They hold a lot of oil, and everything feels well made. The pour spout is great, and the pushbutton open works well. The missing star is because it sometimes shoots a single jet and sometimes shoots a fan. I think it is supposed to be a fan all the time, which works great. For under $10, these are worth it even with the occasional jet of oil.
