Do NOT buy this product if you want to replace the cable for your Vox VT20X!You apparently need an adapter to plug this to your amp, it is NOT mentioned in the description of the product and there was NO adapter delivered with the cable.I now have a useless cable that does not fit into my amp, and my amp still doesn't work!Check out the picture, you can see that the original cable is a "male" cable, the one delivered is "female".No idea where to find an adapter for this now...

Good quality cord with multiple tips for different applications. Bought this for a guitar amp thinking that may be the issue but unfortunately that wasn’t the problem so I had to buy a new amp. Works really well with other musical equipment that takes the same cord plugs though.

I have had this for my amp for many months, and it works. The plug does stick out far from the back like others have mentioned, but unless you have connections within VOX, this is the only option.

Works great, I contacted vox to get a power supply from them and they wanted 100$... what a ripoff the cable was garbage in the first place, this one has a longer and more durable cable.

It works but it’s misleading. The picture doesn’t show that the supply needs an adapter to connect to the amp and there’s no mention in the description either. If you loose the adapter you go back to no supply. I used electric tape to keep the adapter in place. To improve the purchase experience the seller should point out about the adapter. You feel cheated when you open the box and see the adapter there. Other wise no problem it powered up the amp and due the work. Shipment was on time. The feedback will be 5 stars if I know about the adapter when I did the purchase

Ok - free next day delivery, plugged it in and it works perfectly with my VOX VT20X. This is where Amazon shines - delivering a critical and hard to find component swiftly and at a great price. Neither Guitar Center nor Sam Ash could provide this item and Korg wouldn’t answer the phone. My amp is now back online, so thank you , Amazon!

They send a power supply with plug that does not fit. Then they add another adapter in the box. It works when you put them together bot then it sticks out too far behind the amp. Look at all the photo's and you will see thete are none showing the end of the wire conected to the power supply. That should have been explained in the listing

Why Vox chose this style plug is beyond me, but this power supply + adaptor plug work fine w/my Valvetronix VT20X. Unfortunately the adaptor is 1.5 inches long so overall, it sticks out about 2 inches from the back. But hey, it works.
