I was getting a "e3" error code due to our hvac installer forgetting to take the old outdoor sensor off our old heat pump.I attached this sensor to our zone board (2 zones) on the OAT and OATC connections and everything started working. When It gets warmer, I will be installing on outdoor heat pump.Best $40 bucks spent ever...

Replaced non-functioning temp sensor on my carrier infinity heatpump and now no sensor errors and the outside temp is displayed correctly. It's exactly that I expected.
