This is a bit thin, but does the job, and is a huge amount of plastic. If you're painting a whole house and need disposable barriers, this is a cheap, good pack for that purpose. It's not particularly durable, and will tear easily, but as temporary film, it works without issue. It was easy to secure with painter's tape as it's quite light, and does block paint from getting under it. It was easy to roll up and dispose when done, and certainly did make painting a lot easier and cleaner than it would have been otherwise. I am not sure how it would perform for greenhouse purposes, since it is thin and tears as mentioned. For covering indoor plants or items against dust, sure it will work.

Great for bringing that "Dexter" aesthetic to your holiday decorating (haha) or, more to the point, as a contractor's drop sheet for protecting walls, furniture, floors and similar from paint, debris, and dust. This is not heavy-duty, it tears easily, exactly like it should--- it performs PRECISELY like it is supposed to, and I'm satisfied. I've used this around the house on various projects without issue-- it takes to painter's tape pretty easily, and is thin enough that it compresses down to almost nothing when getting torn down to trash. Great product!

This plastic sheeting by Tapix is a thin but tough plastic film, slightly translucent, perfect for covering a floor to protect carpet from paint spills. All painterโs plastics are a bit slippery under a stepstool when using on a hard surface, so please take that into account. This width of 9 ft is handy if you want to curtain off a section of a room when remodeling. We did this with painterโs plastic a few years agoโ we stapled it to the ceiling on top (standard 8โ ceiling), tack-taped it to the walls on both sides, and left a 4-ft overlapping section in the middle to walk through. To keep the bottom edge of the plastic from floating up, we pinned the bottom edge under some 5-gallon pails of drywall compound. It helped to keep dust from the construction from floating all over our furniture. We also draped couches and other upholstery with painterโs plastic in case any drywall dust made it past the curtain (which it did). The box has a punch-out section on the top for dispensing, or you can open up one end to access the whole roll. There are no weird odors, and barely a plastic smell. The bottom of the box shows a โProp 65 warningโ, with no details given. I didnโt notice the warning in the Amazon listing. The other painterโs plastic that I have at the house doesnโt show a Prop 65 warning, so this is a bit troubling. I wish they would have supplied information to explain what triggered the Prop 65 label.
