I have a rather large, all-in-one, large format Brother scanner/printer/copier/FAX machine which I have mounted on drawer slides inside a custom printer stand/cabinet. To allow the machine to slide in and out of the cabinet without constantly pulling, or pinching, and possibly damaging the cords or the phone line connections for the FAX function, I am using a pair of female to female phone cord connectors and a pair of these coiled cords to connect to the standard phone lines coming from the computer and back to the phone system base.

Cord is a good length but thin. Clip is loose and would lose connection or create a loud high pitch static noise making it difficult to hear the person on the line. Could not secure it firmly. Had to return it.
