I was skeptical but it worked great to allow me to hook up a newer turntable that was sending out way to strong a signal to my 30 plus year old Realistic amplifier. Really like that it has an adjustment knob-- plug and play!!

I had a failure of my audio I/O to my desktop CPU. This unit has allowed me to drive the inputs to a codec so I now use an USB audio input.

Without this device, my standalone tuner was overloading my amp. This attenuator reduces the audio output to the amp to eliminate distortion without introducing any new issues.Only problem was the output plugs were female RCA instead of male so I had to buy adapters to feed the output to the amp.

Works properly, only issue was the LONG delivery time...during December 2020. Took 5 weeks to arrive via postal service. Ask for it to be shipped some other way if you need it anytime soon.

I'm using this so I can make a recording of a vinyl record on a recorder made for microphones. The power coming out of the turntable was too high. This device attenuated the signal perfectly.
