I ordered this because I was wanting to replace the one I currently have in my shower. I have replaced my shower head on several occasions so I was pretty confident in my ability to install this one.Once I unboxed this one and detached my previous one I was ready to get down to business. I did look over the instructions just to be sure everything was in the box and to give myself an idea of what I was doing.Here’s the thing. This shower head is an upgrade from this brand’s original. They only show instruction for the old one. So initially I was so confused because I was looking for the spin nut but I couldn’t find it. Also, I didn’t realize initially that I could make adjustments to the neck of the shower head as well as the neck of the waterfall portion.After about 10 mins or so of complete aggravation and confusion, also after tinkering around with it, I realized that the spin nut was made different from the one that was pictured (because the one pictured is for the old version). The spin nut on the new version looks different, so I didn’t realize that’s what it was. It looked like a solid piece that didn’t move. So once I figured that out and figured out how to make adjustments (angle it) to fit my shower, I was good. Everything went easy after that.However, once it was up, I noticed the neck had movement in it. There is this tiny screw that can be tightened up with the tiny tool provided. I don’t know the name of it. But of course that’s not in the instructions because the instructions are for the previous version.The handheld attaches to the wall via adhesive. You will need to wait 24 hours before using shower once it’s up.That’s another thing. Because the instructions are geared around the old one, it doesn’t give you that kind of specific information.Now as far as the function and the use, it looks good and functions well. There is a slide button on the hand held portion that gives you the option of full spray or jet spray which comes from the top of the handheld. The hand held can’t be turned off from the handheld itself. To turn off the handheld, you have to use the knob at the neck of the shower head.Overall, it looks good and as expected and was hoping for. I just feel that they should make instructions specifically for the new version shower head making it more understandable for us DIY’ers.

This shower head is so easy to install that I did it myself not my husband! It is a really big shower head with a hand held wand that reaches to the shower floor which is great when bathing dogs because sometimes hand held wand are short. Imthe wand has many different settings and it has good water pressure. We have had no leaks so it seems to be durable and it looks great in the shower! The hand held wand has a holder that sticks to the wall to hang it on to keep it out of the way. I just love this shower head!
