The wrappers are very cheap and thin. I spend a lot of time trying to open the tube, most are glued together and you have to use a pen or pencil to open it up. Waste of time. I do not recommend these coin wrappers.

I love to collect pennies, nickles and dimes in a large jug for vacations. These work great to roll up all that loose change to get to the bank. Unfortunately I was unable to find a smaller quantity than 1000 rolls.

Coin wrappers sold in stores are always various denominations, (if you can find them at all), and never have enough penny wrappers. These were perfect, very well packaged, (double boxed), so, not smashed, great value, and should last me a good long time.

My father left me with about 400 rolls of copper pennies he had hoarded during the 1970's and 80's. I am currently going through them to see if there are any good finds for my grandkids collection. The old wrappers are an assorted variety from that point in time, probably about 15 different manufacturers. Comparing the old wrappers to the new ones purchased here, I will have to say the new ones are certainly the thinnest I have run across. Also, the glue on the new ones are questionable. So far, none have appeared as unglued, but the glue edge sticks up a small amount and would probably come apart if handled too roughly. I know there are better wrappers out there, but these are cheap when you purchase the box of 1000 and will marginally do the job. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not nearly as strong as the ones that are already crimped on one end but it's a good trade off for the price.
