Love the features and does not need to have a separate water supply for the warm water. It has a heating element in it that will warm up the water to various types of warmth or if you like a cold spray. You do need an electric outlet next to the toilet for it to work. That could be an unexpected expense if you don’t have one already there.

It does all the things, and does them well. Good water pressure options, temp options. Took us a while to figure out how to turn off the nightlight option, but that was the only thing we didn't love. Will definitely have one of these in every home, and this brand is holding up well.

installation easy.... but I couldn't make the I have problem to start the remote I have problem to start the remote control I contact the support group and was on chat for over two hours wait for respond 20 min and still not helpful still not working ... I cannot return to amazon because the product is 3-month-old (and I just installed two days ago) Looks like I stuck with no working bidet ..Trying to reach the PHILTER let's see what they will do .....

My first bidet and I wish I had gotten it sooner. A friend bought one and recommended it to me. The install is easy however, I hired a plumber to make sure everything went smoothly. Well worth it to me. All parts are supplied so don’t worry about purchasing any of the other suggested parts. I did and return them. The seat is very comfortable. A great purchase in my opinion.

Really quick and easy to install.. The water feed line can be finger tightened for a leak free seal. It's high quality without the high price! I've used and installed 4 different brands of these.. There's no need to spend all that extra money when this one is a complete package.. It does everything the $500-$700 models do.. Even lights up the toilet bowl for night time... It's self cleaning and even has a wireless remote control like the higher priced models. 100% happy with the purchase

Easy to install and works great on our elongated toilet. Comes with everything you need to install and there are videos to show you also with a scan qcode to get to them. I really love the wireless controller than works absolutely awesome. All of the features work great and the water pressure, water temp, dryer temp and heated toilet seat temp are allAdjustable. Soft close seat. It has all of the options you would Expect from a very high end bidet. Highly recommend.

My main regret is that I steered many of my friends to purchase this product, some did but I have not heard from them about their experience with this "un-usable" Product. I bought this unit in June just as I had purchased a new home and was unable to place the unit until the end of July when I was able to place a new toilet in my second floor B/R. Sadly it leaks. I am so sick of these failing products! First they want pictures sent in. Then returning the unit is a major pain when you live Rurally. So I will toss this junk in the garbage.actually one last attempt shall try....I will use the bidet that I planned to use for the first floor bathroom(under $200 ...updated oct. 6th 2023 ok I thought of one last attempt at getting this bidet to work without all of the leaks. After even the other version of the "T" adapter also leaked, much less than the T that comes with this unit. I ended up looking up a short length of 7/8 female to 7/8 male hose adapter. That way the input to the bottom of the toilet tank would have a normal hose applied, and not a Tee. Well this finally worked. If these bidet sellers would just include this small 6" 7/8"m- 7/8"f then these bidets will work properly. Just realized that you will likely end up needing another $50 plus hardware to get these bidets running smoothly. One thing all need to get are the bidet filters. They are not expensive, and they will save your bidet from an early demise. update August 21 2024 this Bidet has performed flawlessly ever since the above mentioned section of hose has been added last Oct. 2023.. Not even a Drip. and wow the filter investment was worth it
