I started getting the OBDii code P1486 DMTL faut code... I purchased this and replaced the switchover valve connected to the airbox in my vehicle which resolved this fault code.

Exactly what I needed to repair my Akrapovic exhaust system on my 2017 Alfa Romeo 4C Coupe. Valve was stuck in the quiet position due to the failed actuator.
