This is the only device I could find with this capability. I planning on mounting a tablet on the wall for my smart home control. The tablet is located above a light switch and I wanted to route a USB cable behind the wall. This device was small enough to sit in the junction box with a smart light switch with extra space. I routed the USB cable into the junction box and everything worked great. Not sure why more of these devices don't exist. Extra bonus for the wago connector and not a wire but.

This is the only USB power supply of its kind. I replaced a garage mounted floodlight for a 180° security camera and I use this to supply power to the camera with existing 120V house wiring. Well done guys. With the supplied WAGO connectors it was a breeze.Update. 3 April 2025. This USB-c power supply for my outdoor camera has operated flawlessly. This is a niche device and a lot of installers don't know this exists and there's not very many sold. I'm inclined to buy another one just as a spare or to use it in a different application that I don't know about yet.

It worked, but died after 5 months. Seller reached out and offered a full refund after leaving my original review. It fits nicely within an electrical box, which can be hidden behind a standard plate. The cables aren’t copper.Product seems to be only one of its kind that fits well within an electrical box, so I’ll be sticking with this and trying it out again. Crossing fingers the replacement lasts longer.
