Remove the clutch cover, use a clutch puller to get the old one off, bolt this one on with the belt in the pulley and I'm riding smooth. My old primary clutch was giving me problems where it wouldn't shift out of gear without turning the machine off, and making more noise than I realized. I have a 2011 Ranger 800xp and it idles smooth, the clutch disengages when you stop, (like it's supposed to), and its much quieter than whatever was wrong with my old one. This price is very low and I was skeptical but i figured I'd give it a shot. Have been riding on it for a month with no problems. Very pleased thus far.

Weights were to light on the clutch so it hits the rev limiter sooner then my stock one.Mine has stock wheels and tires. This clutch may work better for larger tires on the machine.Still works good for the price.

Proper fit for 2014 rzr 800. I don't know much about these yet but performs better than the oem I had in it. Take in mind the oem was old and the bearing no longer spins. So it needs a rebuild. This is a proper oem replacement.

I’ve put about 200 miles on it so far and its working good on my 2013 rzr-4 800. It actually eliminated my jerky start. I think because the springs are softer than OE.M. It works good and does not hit rev limiter when WOT.

Installed on my 2013 Ranger Crew 800. No problems, appears to be a good quality unit. Be sure to buy a Polaris clutch removal tool - a wheel or bearing puller will not do the job. Available on Amazon for around $20. I did have to shim my secondary clutch out .060". Polaris dealers sell the shim washers in .030 increments. Helps keep the belt running in the center of the driven clutch.
