Wow, this really works at tenderizer meats and doesn't flat the meat like tenderizer mallets do. I thought it would be hard to clean but it's really easy if you go slow. Because it's used for meats, after I clean it, I put it in a cup of boiling hot water to sterile it.

I love this style compared to some of the other styles. Simple to use. Easy to wash. Adds more flavorand makes you meats more tender to eat.
