I installed these on my 1992 Heritage Softail and what a difference they have made in the ride. My old shocks were definitely warn out and bounced around a lot. I can ride for hours now without my back getting tired. They are easy to adjust even with out the remote adjustment, I keep mine pretty stiff since I ride 2 up most of the time.Installation was easy and took me about 3 hours because the jack I have made things difficult. The diameter of these shocks are a little bit wider than stock making them a little be lower than the frame. Now I need to find a new jack so that I'm not lifting the bike by the shocks. Nothing against these, just something to be aware of if you don't have a table jack.

Progressive Suspension stopped selling their "Airtail" shocks so I had to find an alternative as my Airtail shocks failed. I considered other brands that did sell Air Shocks for my chopper but ultimately went with Progressive Suspension 422 series and they work great.
