I was struggling with making mugs and tumblers look great in an oven. I have made several mugs and tumblers since I got this and have not wasted one blank. This machine is a game changer. Love it!

This press was night and day better compared to my old press. Quality made, quality results. 100% worth the investment!

It gets the job done but I prefer my Heat Pess Nation Signature Series presses. To me, the power cord is on the wrong side.

So, I bought this last year. I finally put the 30 oz heater in and It looked like it was a tapered heater. I was getting ready to ship it back but I waited. Im glad I did! Finally, today I reinstalled the 30 oz. heater. What I was doing wrong before was attempting to adjust the pressure knobs while the heater was wide open. Old lady moment! I realized I need to tighten both knobs up until the press couldnt move then put my tumbler in and then adjust the pressure. I love it now!!!

I am absolutely loving this press. It heats up fast, size works great for the space I have it in, love the color it’s one of my favorites, hardly any smell when cooking the cups, pretty good quality I use it allot for my business. Definitely recommend this

I purchased this heat press for custom coffee mugs, and it has exceeded my expectations. The machine is both reliable and efficient, delivering consistent results every time. Plus, the price point is reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality it offers. If you're in need of a dependable heat press for mug printing, this is a great choice that won't break the bank. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a professional-grade machine at an affordable price.

Failed only a few weeks after the warranty expired. Black smoke was coming from the heater, which seems very dangerous. The heater now does not warm up at all.Quoted $90 for a replacement heater (no spares in the UK, so that’s worth considering!) for a part that’s usually only £30 by other brands.Very disappointing reliability given the very low usage it had.

Get a good respirator mask before operation and the smell will not effect you in the slightest. Outside of that it operates smoothly and is a great machine to put some branding on a few tumblers.I also like the fact that you can handle different sizes without having to buy a separate machine. Also results vary based on the colors chosen in my experience.Overall not bad!!Sidebar: I would also use it in a well ventilated area, preferably outdoors.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

I purchased this for a class in my middle school. I have wasted many mugs so far. I put it in for the time on the blank, comes out faded. Okay, change time, still nothing. Put it in for double the time, came out great. Next mug I do the exact same thing, faded. I have used ceramic mugs, metal mugs, skinny tumblers, I can't seem to reproduce the same results from cup to cup. Also, the heat towards the opening is not uniform. The color fades. Very frustrating.I use Sawgrass printer with Sawgrass sublimation paper and ink. That is not the problem, because when we make a shirt, the image comes out great.I will update if I start getting uniform results.

Consumable heating elements unavailable outside US and Canada. They use their proprietary 5 pin system so not compatible with the readily available attachments. When i tried to get hold of a smaller element for our 20oz tumblers was told by customer services to wait until it was available or use their own tumblers.
