The struts might be okay do not believe the lifetime warranty part. Rancho will not honor the warranty day they point you back to whoever you bought them from. And amazon acts like they are helping but then they fall through.I'm still holding out hope but after three hours on chat with various levels of amazon representatives nothing changes.

Great fit does the job! Don’t like that they don’t say rancho anywhere on them! Almost look like a knock off did have a small rancho sticker in the box! No instructions on how to adjust! And or order the hands free! To adjust! But are doing the job and have your to the test! But does give a nice ride so far!

Have a 2005 F-150 5.4 V8 XLT 4X4. The driver side spring was broke so it was time for new. I had 153000 miles on the truck so I figured give these a shot. So far I love them ride much better and give me the room to clear my 35'S (lt31570r17) I previously had a leveling kit on the truck. These lift it just as high but they ride so much better. To me the truck looks level. Look simple to install but opted to have my local shop do I it. $100 install was worth my time. Highhly recommend these. The little knob is easto turn by hand. I changed the setting from what they were at in the picture to the 7 position and I love it. Forgot to add I was also missing three nuts but still great product!

2004 FX4: the struts did not fit perfectly. One did, but the other was slightly twisted from the top to the bottom. I had to hammer it into the lower strut support. Also the knob is difficult to turn; I am not sure how well it will last over time. Ride quality has improved from my original OEM struts that had 130k miles. Currently set to '5' and it feels a little bouncy; would concern me about possibly cupping my tires. Plan to tune to '6' to stiffen the ride; assuming I can get the knobs to turn. Overall, it is an okay product; just some quality control issues. Attached photos of before and after so you can see the change in rake.

2005 Ford F150Replaced factory set. Fit is great, levelling is equal to the 2.5 kit I had on the old ones. Adjustable settings work good.. and to tone them down to 3 for the wife. And most importantly they look good.

I bought these Rancho quick lift pair of shocks and have had them installed for one month now,Installation was not too difficult. If you have avg mechanical ability and some time, go for it. If your unsure, check you-tube and rancho web site for examples, then go for it.I am completely satisfied with this product. Immediately after installation i noticed how my truck stood even. The shock over coils raise the front approx 2 inches. I did not realize how much 2 inches enhances the appearance. It looks great. My next surprise was how well the ride improved . Granted, I did rebuild almost the entire suspension, so new upper and lower ball joints, tie rod and new upper control arm plus new disks and pads. But i notice the difference between when the truck was new and now with the Rancho 's installed. My third surprise was the adjustment actually works. I thought it to be a bit gimmicky, maybe i would feel a difference between 1-9. Boy was i wrong!. Every setting is unique and specialized.1 for the CADY feel, 9 for the monster mudder mash! I have it set for 6 on the street, which feels a bit stiffer than oem. Finally, the overall ride and visual enhancement is something i enjoy daily. I plan on buying the rear companion shock.I do hear a few sq-weeks when turning around slowly in a parking lot. I think this comes from the non rubber components. Not a deal breaker by any means.P.S. While installing i had a question and called Rancho, I spoke with a real person that was competent and helpful. Good going Rancho!PATRICK6year 100k later: the 2 inch lift disappeared after 6 months. Disappointing. The struts and springs have held up well. I'm getting ready to change them out. I'm going with a non lifted strut and coil and will add a 2 inch spacer.

Installed flawlessly in my 2005 F150 Super Crew cab. Sits perfectly level now. Turn them down to the lower settings and the ride will be quite comfortable. The factory setting was harsh and actually scared the heck out of me the first time I hit a bump! I cant imagine that the struts would last very long on a harsher setting, it reminded me of driving an old 70's one ton and hitting frost heaves, and thats a pretty harsh jolt. Turned down toa nice soft setting and it's Cadillac smooth, No issues, no worries. :D

Awesome product. Put these on the front of a 2005 Ford F150 FX4. Took me a little over an hour total to install both. If you work on trucks much, these are not hard to change out. Disconnect the lower ball joint & outer tie rod and swap the strut out. Being that these are a few inches longer than OEM struts, they take a little persuasion to go back in but not too bad. They took the rake out of the truck all together. The truck now sits perfectly level. The ride is smoother than with the factory struts. These are well built struts. Not cheap junk.

Easy installation and great products. The following is to eliminate any in conveyance, if any, during self install: I ordered the quick lifts for the front and the RS9000XL for the rear of my 2004 Ford F150 FX4 Off Road. After installation, I noticed, then measured the distance from the center of hub area to bottom of fender well. These did not increase the front to 2.6". After calling Rancho and going over their spec sheets, which include the front of 2.6" lift for the 8800lb truck, which mine is, the determination was that they had the same issue with the Toyota Tundra TRD off road packages as well. The solution is to remove the Rancho springs and install the factory springs on the quick lifts to get the full 2.6" lift, as the factory springs are larger than the Rancho springs in these applications. No big deal, since it was an easy installation to begin with. Switched springs. Have not regretted the extra half hour per side spent. Excellent products. No regrets or complaints.
