Took less than an hour to install on my F-250. Prior to these I had Bielstein 5100’s, which were excellent when towing my 5th wheel, but awful when the truck was unloaded. Now, when unloaded I just turn the dial down to 1-3 to soften the ride.I don’t know why all shocks aren’t adjustable like this. If you have a F-250 that you use for both towing and daily driving, this is the BEST you can get.

installed these on my 2001 Superduty that I use for towing and they ride so much better than my old cheap shocks from Les Schwab. I have air bags and used to get bounce from the bags until I installed the XL's

Helped smooth the ride in my F-350. Noticeably more comfortable!

I installed these on a leaf-sprung Super Duty that I was going to convert to coilovers. Set these to full-soft and it's a night-and-day difference. Only gripe is that they are lightly rusting after about a year.

It seems to work fine, but honestly I wonder whether it is a knock-off. The adjustment dial doesn't seem to do anything at all. Vehicle is a lifted F250 Turbodiesel weighing in at around 8000lbs.

Works very well. My only concern is that on the forward - rear shock, the adjuster will not clear the shock mount if you wanted to have the adjuster facing rearward.

Replaced my old leaking shocks with these. Easy to install, look nice and ride great! These fit with a six inch lift.

Bought these for my 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a 6" Fabtech Lift. Product is awesome! Knob at bottom of shock is a selector switch for the level of resistance the shocks supply. I set mine at 5 and we'll see what happens (selector goes 1-9). Made immediate huge difference in ride. Probably because my old ones were 6 years old.Positives: Arrived in 2 days. Well packaged. Product its self is awesome. Very heavy duty. Easy install.Negatives: No installation instructions. Nothing. Nada. Consult YouTube. Don't bother with Rancho's website; nothing there either. Unless you want to watch videos telling you how awesome their products are. Lots of that. Apparently i'm the only one in the country that likes to review the installation instructions before doing the work. We'll see how long these last. I just bought my second pair of Rancho Steering Stabilizer shocks as the first pair only made it 10 months before failing. Rancho has a Limited Lifetime Warranty. What that means is they tell you that to make you feel comfortable buying their product, then ignore requests for claim service to replace. So bottom line is everythings great until they fail. Don't expect Rancho to honor the Warranty.
