We have had this scooter for nearly two months. My husband enjoys using it but in two months the stem to air the tires on the back tire broke. Customer service sent us an entire new wheel, this contains the motor. Replacing the bad wheel was a pain, it was not straight forward and the new motor seemed weaker than the first.We then took it get around different camps sites and follow our kids around. The back tire popped. Fixing the tube was a pain.Wishing we had bought a more rugged scooter with a more durable back wheel.

They’ve always made good products, and they’ve even reflected it on electric products. However, the back tire has a consistent issue of deflating over the span of several months, which I have to keep replacing
