I'm happy with this RC airplane.I think the sweet spot for this toy is ages 10-15. A child younger than about 15 will need adult help with assembly and flying. Assembly requires handling some tiny screws and connectors (see photo), and flying requires some real hand-eye coordination. It took me only 10 minutes to assemble this plane, and the instructions are clear and simple, but a young child certainly could not assemble it on their own. Swapping and charging the plane's battery also requires handling a small connector. Assembling and flying this plane is something for a kid to do together with an adult. The plane is pretty easy and fun to fly, as long as you have a sports field-sized area available. This is not a backyard toy, you will quickly lose it in a tree.A fully charged battery provides a few fun minutes of flying time. The second battery is handy to resume flying. You can charge a battery from a power bank in a few minutes. The plane is made of foam and is light as a feather, which makes it pretty durable. The 2 extra included propellors are useful, since those are the only body parts which you can't repair on your own with adhesive tape.If you have a large enough area available, this toy provides fun parent / child entertainment.
