I am using this coin to help me quit smoking. I rub the coin when I want a cigarette and it helps take away the urge. If rubbing doesn't help, I read the prayer or think about the butterfly changing. It's working for me so far and, I am now on day 9 free of cigarettes.

The butterfly is lovely. The finish on the coin is very eye-catching and appealing. However, the lettering is very hard to read. Even with my glasses, I had difficulty reading both the front and the beautiful prayer on the back. However, I will use these three butterfly coins. These are really nice. They have a nice weight to them, but not too heavy to carry in your pocket everyday. The prayer was my mother in laws favorite, so when I saw this I knew I had to have it for my family. I bought of 5 of them, and whenever I need a little bit of comfort I just reach into my pocket and I know she is there with us.💜
