I’ve used a wet pallet for a few years now and in an effort to keep costs down these sheets looked good value for money….alas they are only fit for the bin!, soon after mixing/thinning paint the paper starts to break down filling colours with all manner of particles and fibres that make it unusable when painting miniatures. I’ve tried both sides of the paper with the same results, not sure if there is a right or wrong side, nothing on the packaging recommends one from the other, they look and feel the same. I’ve had the same thing happen with shop bought parchment papers so was hoping to avoid the problem with a dedicated product….. I guess I’ll have to go back to the more pricey ones as they are more reliable.
