Needed something to secure my mom's tv remote at the nursing homes so it wouldn't get lost. This was easy to "install" and seems secure. Now if someone wants to "steal" the remote it will just be a matter if them just ripping off the sticky pads but this will work well to keep remote near the TV and keeping the remote from getting misplaced.

I purchased this hoping that I could use it with my controller because it kept getting lost in the bed.It was really easy to set up and the sticky sides were very sticky.The controller was never lost while I used it but... The recoil on this thing is A LOT. You better not let go of that remote because you might get hit in the face with it when it's retracting! Every time the controller left my hand, it made a loud sound as it hit the side table.I took it off after a week and threw it away. I wouldn't buy this again - there are better options out there.
