So my viewers bought me this new mixer we were so excited about. They even got me a Rode mic. So we go to get all this setup. I follow all the instructions. Which are terrible. Who mixes Mac instruction into PC instructions? SMH... So after I do what it says to do for my dual PC stream setup, it will only allow me to put ALL audio into 1 source in OBS. REALLY?!?!?! One source!? So i cant seperate my mic from game audio. I cant seperate Spotify from the rest for vods? So i get hold of them to ask about how to do this. They seriously told me... " everyone uses our product in different ways. You need to figure it out". No kidding. So instead of being a good GoXLR replacement.. Its just bad. Its cheap junk. They are just after streamer money and do not support their product. Mic cuts out. Not enough power to power a Rode mic? seriously? Just save yourself the headache and save up for a prpper mixer. This is not a good alternative to anything.

The M-Game Solo USB Audio Interface Mixer is a reliable piece of equipment that delivers impressive performance for its price point. I've been using it for several months now, and it has definitely enhanced my home recording and streaming setup.First off, the build quality is decent. It feels sturdy, and the controls have a good tactile feel. The compact design is great for saving desk space, and I appreciate the straightforward plug-and-play setup. It's compatible with both Mac and Windows, and I encountered no compatibility issues.Sound quality is generally excellent, with clear preamps that produce clean and low-noise recordings. It's a noticeable upgrade from my previous audio interface. The low latency is a big plus, making it suitable for real-time monitoring while recording instruments and vocals. The headphone output is handy, and the dedicated volume knob for it is a thoughtful addition.I've used this mixer for various tasks, from recording music to live streaming, and it has performed admirably in both scenarios. The LED indicators for levels are a nice touch and help maintain optimal audio quality. However, there are a couple of areas where I feel there's room for improvement. First, the knob labels could be more visible; they can be a bit hard to read in certain lighting conditions. Second, while the sound quality is generally excellent, I've noticed a slight coloration in the audio at higher gain settings, which might not be suitable for all recording scenarios. In summary, the M-Game Solo USB Audio Interface Mixer is a solid performer, offering great sound quality and versatility for the price. While there are some minor issues with knob visibility and audio coloration at high gain settings, it's still a reliable and cost-effective choice for those looking to improve their home recording and streaming setup. For the price, it's hard to beat the value this mixer offers.

So, to start with there wasn’t many if any reviews of this product anywhere. I was skeptical at first but took the plunge and tested out the rgb dual. I created a video review, for the price it was hard to beat and overall the mixer works great, easy to set up. One downside to it I wish they mentioned did not work with usb headsets because I spend 2 hours trying to get my wireless headset to connect. I paired this with the elgato dx. I would recommend this product to someone who has been wanting to dive into the xlr mic scene at a fraction of the cost. If interested in review, just YouTube m-game audio it’s 1 of 3 reviews now.

On paper, this mixer, the Dual RGB is everything I wanted and needed for a dual PC stream setup. Microphone usage on both computers, audio mixing on both computers, individual mute buttons, clean hardware design and hardware interface. It's the only mixer I can find on the market that has integrated native 2-PC mixing for a USB microphone (with a 3.5mm AUX out / monitoring port), without needing to buy a new XLR microphone.Unfortunately, I have now owned this device for just over 2-months, and it has been nothing but trouble. Firstly, the software is incredibly unstable and a bit confusing at first; once I understood how to navigate the software, it was just a matter of trying to work around the consistent crashing. Beyond this, while possibly nitpicking a bit, the software can /only/ be controlled from the "stream" PC, making quick and minor tweaks mid-stream a bit of an annoyance. This also, at times, completely stops the mixer from functioning unless the second PC is actively running with the software loaded; this makes using my primary/gaming PC when I'm not streaming pretty much impossible.Secondly, there is only one volume "out" knob, while you can have a "Main Out" (used for speakers in my case) and a "HP Out" (for headphones). So there is no adjusting volume out separately for speakers and headphones; again, maybe nitpicking, but not having the ability to turn down my speakers a bit while my headphones are on is a bit of a bummer.Thirdly, the Input/Output channels are extremely confusing and seem to be unnecessarily limited. For example, there is a Chat Input and Chat Output, and both are just called "Chat" - implying you'd control both with one volume slider (chat channel slider), but the slider only affects the Chat Output. However, the routing table in the software is for adjusting what channels go through the output but also the input. This sounds confusing, and that's because it is. Enabling the Microphone to route through the Chat channel allows your microphone to go through Chat Input; and you can also enable the Chat to go through the Chat channel, where the channel then loops and hears itself. Why would I want to reroute the same output as an input back into itself?Along the above-mentioned confusion: The "System" channel and "Alt" channel share the same input/output, but the "Alt" channel is an Input channel, and the "System" channel is an Output channel. This makes adjusting any "Alt" input separately from System Output impossible. And again, you can route System audio through Alt channel, essentially rerouting audio through itself causing a loop.Fourthly, the mixer has just caused so much of a headache in just basic usage. It randomly freezes, requiring turning the device off and back on again - which then requires restarting any software that is using any of the audio channels (pretty much any software with any audio at any time). The software crashes constantly, and the past two times it has crashed, upon relaunching the software, my computer blue screens. Reinstalling my OS did not even fix this issue. With all of the above mentioned, just a few software/firmware tweaks could make this device genuinely outshine and outperform any other dual PC-capable mixer on the market. Renaming the outputs/inputs would clear up much confusion. Allowing the software to be used on either/both PC's at any time would make a world of difference for user-friendliness. Allow separate adjustments for the two primary hardware outputs (Main Out/HP Out) volume. Allow adjustments for each channel's monitoring/headphone volume versus stream output volume so both viewers and broadcasters can have a balanced audio experience. Most of this can be fixed through software & firmware, and I'm really hoping they are actively working on improvements, as the device is still relatively new.Lastly, M-Game's Customer/Tech Support could really use some retraining, more hiring, or better QA. After contacting chat support three times and email support twice, being bounced around between agents that provided no real assistance and/or being actually completely ignored, I finally got assistance from one chat support rep that seemed to care and put in effort to help out. While this is great to have finally gotten assistance, it should not have taken six total contact attempts to receive any sort of help. At this point, it is too little too late and have reached out to find out more about the return/refund process as I look for other options.Summary: With tons of issues right now, as of January 2023, mostly comprised of software/firmware problems, I have high hopes that M-Game can put out some updates to really bump this mixer to the top of the food chain for what it provides. It has all the requirements for an absolutely top-knotch product with just extremely poor early-life execution. I'll be keeping an eye on the product as time goes on, but for now, I can't recommend this to anyone looking to run a semi-professional dual-PC stream, XLR mic or not.

So far I've had this a month and it's definitely a worthy competitor to GoXLR. However, the sampler on it only functions when i have it connected to a mac or pc. When I unplug it from a computer, so i can use it to stream to my phone for example, the sampler functions cease working. This is a major flaw for me as I bought this specifically to live stream my Shure XLR mic through to my phone for Tik Tok. Please can someone advise how to fix this issue?
