Great product. Great Value.I ordered two of these, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Both products function excellently. We have mostly hard floors with some large area rugs downstairs, so the mopping feature gets a much better workout there, but upstairs has a couple bathrooms and bedrooms, so it has a mix, with mostly carpet.I am pleased with the performance of both of the vacuum/mop units. My only real gripes would be that it could be a little smarter about working its way under furniture it can't get out from (fixed by marking it on the map, but it seems kind of silly to have to go and mark it) and it would be nice if there was a low water or almost full dirty tank warning, instead of the empty/full notification you get. Not the end of the world, but it would make maintenance easier.The vacuum does a good job picking up the crumbs, dirt, and hair (we have three dogs, a cat, and two sons) and it feels like the mop actually does something. We had a combo unit previously, and it had a pad that sort of vibrated. When you watched it going around, you could see where the floor was wet and where it wasn't. With this unit, the wet trails overlap ever so slightly.I can't speak to its durability, but these have been the best solution for our house. If you are so inclined, they can do multiple maps for different floors, but I didn't want to have to remember to move them around. The whole idea is to have light cleaning done for you that you don't have to do much with, so getting two units seemed like the best solution.

It is a much quieter vacuum than the Roomba I had, however it doesn’t pick up as much as my Roomba. My floors don’t look as clean after I’ve used it compared to when I used the roomba. I did a quick sweep today after it was on, and I had quite the pile from along walls and such.I chose not to get another roomba because of how sensitive the sensors were, it drove me crazy, but I wish I would have returned this product and picked a different vacuum (I’m now past the return date). Also when it goes over a mat, it leaves a pile of dirt/dog hair, same thing with when it returns to the base.

Yo quería el modelo con mopa pero me equivoque en la compra.Decidí quedármelo y probar.Me gusta, deja el suelo limpio.Lo malo es que el cabello de mis gatos (persas) se enreda en los mecanismos giratorios y mi cabello es muy largo,80cm aproximadamente. También se atora horrible, pero se puede quitar sin problemas y sigue funcionando muy bien.Si es necesario, daré una actualización más adelante.

having lived with Rocky the Robovac for a couple of months now, I am very happy with its performance. Wirecutter rated it the best this year, and I agree, based on past robovac experiences.What I like:√Zone and room map programming for scheduled cleanups automatically—great for the sawdust in my little sunroom workshop! Start the day fresh!√Intelligent navigation and realtime updated mapping. The LIDAR and sensors intelligently go around moved furniture instead of bump-bump-bumping until confused or trapped. It stores a detailed map of each room and shows where it has cleaned.√Climbs lowish thresholds between rooms with different tile or wood floors in an old home many times remodeled.√Rarely chokes on non-tasseled rug edges or bath mats.√Rubber “brushes” don’t collect as much fluff or wound up fine hairs, but are soft enough to effectively remove the fine dusts.√Effective self-emptying most of the time. Less attention needed to emptying the tiny onboard bin, a messy business with other vacs that spills the dust just cleaned up.√When it gets stuck or lost under furniture or behind clutter, the app map shows where to find it!√Decent battery life and fast charging to clean more than once daily in a 2500’^2 home.What I don’t like:—Single edge brush, screwed in to rotor—only cleans one side at a time, and can’t be snapped out and swapped to the other side when bent and worn. Likely to be a costly replacement part over time.—Still struggles with fancy rugs that have tasseled ends.—Noisy, especially when using the higher vac modes—a minor quibble, as the suction is effective, but don’t program it to run while you sleep! It will chirp happily about its progress and wake you up!—Rather small non-standard self-emptying vac bag likely to be an ongoing expense. I just cut it open to empty it into the garbage bin and then duct-taped it back together. Working just fine!—Doesn’t yet make the coffee in the morning. Didn’t Rosie on the Jetsons do this?Overall, almost perfect little cleaning machine. The technology is getting better every year.

I’ve had a robot vacuum in the past. It was a decent introduction to using one, but it wasn’t too great at its job. So I set my expectations of this robot vacuum based on that experience. Well, this one blows it away. While my old vacuum was able to do some intelligent navigation, because it was all gyro based, it was a bit dumb. The lidar based system gives me more control over where to vacuum. It also uses far more intelligent patterns that seem to be more efficient, moves faster, vacuums better, and has far better battery life. My old vacuum couldn’t finish my whole home on a single charge, while this one has more than 70% battery remaining after doing the whole home. And because it vacuums better, I don’t have to follow up behind it with manual cleaning. The dust bin on the robot seems to be better designed as well, making it so emptying reverses the flow through the filter, effectively self-cleaning it. I didn’t expect to be this impressed with a robot vacuum, especially one at this end of the value model (this is a lower end model).

Hola, al igual que la reseña de Avalos, tampoco pude activar este equipo con mi cuenta de México, no está disponible este modelo en nuestra región, tuve que abrir una cuenta nueva seleccioné USA como región y listo.

Me había creado una cuenta para usar este robot. Como región había puesto mexico. Cuando quieres usarlo en la app, este modelo no aparece en la lista de dispositivos y cuando lograba vincularlo marcaba error 1020 o 21020. Contacte a soporte, despues de varios emails me dijeron que lo devolviera.Afortunadamente vi que la solución era hacer que tu cuenta tuviera como región canada o usa.Entonces hice otra cuenta con regio usa, el modelo aparece en la lista de dispositivos. Y se configuro super rápido.
