I doesn't pick up anything but hair and maybe dust.I bought this particular one because it was #1 on a review of robotic vacuums.Probably will try once more then if no improvement it's going back

I should have spent more. This vacuum doesn’t work well, it goes around in circles for long periods of time. It also doesn’t stop at steps but falls over them. Very cheaply made.

Works like I expected on hard surfaces no more struggling to get under beds. Does not work on carpets just stays in one place.

This robot cleaner is not worth having. It won’t clean carpets at all. It gets stuck quite often.

This is an inferior product. Doesn’t pick up dust and doesn’t work on carpets or rugs. Now that we need to return the item, we have to pay postage costs to China. Very disappointed that Amazon is selling this inferior product and even more disappointed with the return policy.

For four hours of charging, this machine only runs for one hour and the amount of dirt that it picked up was less than I can sweep up in five minutes. We have a very open vinyl floor area and this machine went into one small area about five feet by eight feet and bumped around for nearly ten minutes in a two foot square from which I had to finally rescue it. It restarted in the 5 X 8 area and eventually got caught in the 2 X 2 area again. After another rescue, it continued going in circles in the 5 X 8 area. After one hour, I turned it off and removed the dust bin. There was very little dust in the bin. I swept the area and picked up more dust than was in the dust bin. So, we will return it and try a more expensive model. I am sceptical that any of these devices can really sweep a floor area but in our 80s, we need some help!

Terrible product. Didn't pick up much of anything. Would not run on carpet at all. Just spun in circles.Don't waste your money!
