The printer comes with a USB drive that contains documentation, utilities and drivers. As soon as I plugged the drive into my laptop, I got multiple warnings about viruses detected.

This is a pretty standard thermal printer for receipts. It's easy enough to set up. It works reliably across various platforms. It prints receipts as expected. It sure beats writing out receipts by hand by far.

I requested this to use at the charity I volunteer to issue the receipts to the donors and more.They have one they've been using that needs some slap once a day hahaSo this was a good upgrade to save some time.So far, this one worked without any issues during the test run (I literally just ran the test when I came to volunteer this weekend).The material feels quite good, not cheap, which I hope will last down the road.I have left the instructions to use this one instead of the old one at the desk, and if any issue arises in the upcoming weeks, I will update my review.If you know how to use one of these, you won't have any issue setting it up either.

This product works as intended. I have used this on windows 10 and windows 11. The CD did not report any viruses as the worst reviewer stated.The software is easy to use and all settings work. Make sure your paper is new as it will not work on old paper due to the thermal chemical degrading.This printer prints very fast and the cutter works awesome. We do not have a cash draw on it to test that function.
