I ordered these to replace the factory TRD off-road package Bilsteins that had developed a leak. The shaft is thicker and the shock seems heavier duty than the Bilsteins. Quick test drive after install, ride quality seemed to be nice, shocking a bit stiffer than the old ones, which will be nice as I tow a camper, boat or side by side throughout the year. Install was easy and straightforward, took more time getting the old ones off than putting the new ones on. I do have a 3/1 lift on the truck, which this is designed for and offers more travel for the higher vehicle height. Will be adding the matching front setup here soon.
