Love this. Easy to cut my potatoes for fries. 4 different blades. Takes a few minutes to change out blades. Need a large screw driver. Have not used it for anything but potatoes, so don’t know how it works for anything else.

This ROVSUN Commercial Vegetable Chopper is a game changer for anyone who spends time in the kitchen! It reminds me of the pizza place I worked at during college, where we had one of these in the kitchen. It made prepping veggies and fries a breeze, and I can honestly say this one works just as efficiently. The all-steel construction is practically indestructible, which is perfect for both home and commercial use. Whether you’re slicing potatoes, tomatoes, or prepping fruit, the blades (1/2", 3/8", 1/4", and 8-Wedge) cut through everything with ease. The build quality is top-notch, and it really feels like this chopper is built to last.If you’re looking for a tool that saves you time and effort while still delivering professional-quality results, this chopper is a must-have. Definitely one of my better kitchen purchases!

Love that now I can make French fries in seconds. Changing the bottom part of the blade is simple, changing the top part is more difficult and time consuming.

I didn't buy this for a restaurant, I bought it for my home. Cutting potatoes by hand is time-consuming. Cutting them with those little hand-held circular slicers is tough as well - your body puts a lot of effort into pushing that thing down through the entire potato. So I went with this one. And it is totally worth it! Cutting potatoes is very fast and easy! We use it mostly for cubed potatoes, but we just cut the potatoes and load them back in sideways to get the job done!Cleaning can be a bit of a hassle though - you can't just rinse and walk away. You may need a butter knife or long-bristled brush to get the tiny potato pieces out from the different parts. The area where the metal blades cross tends to catch tiny pieces that won't let go, even with a kitchen sprayer on full strength. But all of this has more to do with how the potato acts, than the quality of the cutter itself, so it still gets five stars.

The best part about this chopper is that it had multiple blades so we can cut onion / potato in different sizes. This was purchased for an Indian resturant. It works great. Again, the multiple blades is what attracted us and it's exactly what we needed.

Very hard to slice sweet potatoes, I had to slam it down so hard it broke pieces off them. Because of the vertical style veggies have to be heavily trimmed to slice successfully.

Save your money. When I first took it from the box I was super excited. It’s very big, sturdy and heavy. I was super excited. And then I tried to use it...... nightmare. I had a cheap little 10 dollar fry cutter that worked better than this one. It worked 3 years until it broke. This one ...where shall I begin. First I have to halve the potatoes, fit one half in, then step on the handle. That’s right, the only way I got this thing to work was stepping on it. Mind you - I’m a 5’8 woman who does a fair bit of heavy lifting. I shouldn’t have to be stepping on a kitchen tool. The fries are nice and it’s nice to have the different shapes - but for the effort and the storage required I would not recommend.

I have tried so many versions of a vegetable chopper and every one including this one has the same problem! They all have plastic push blocks. The plastic splinters on the blades as they push the food through. This leaves small sharp very fine plastic splinters in the chopped food. I found a work around. I machined a metal block with more space between the gaps, to ensure the blades remain sharp. I know overkill right, but it works and other than that the product is good. I am sure if I was more gentle I would avoid the plastic splinters, so maybe it’s how I am using it?
