I returned it because like a previous reviewer stated, it is 100% plastic. In the description it claims the pump itself is metal which is not true. It is plastic made to look like metal.

It's plastic, not brushed nickel! And the color is a few shades lighter than brushed nickel, as I have both Moen and Delta in my baths and kitchen, and this color is off compared to those major brands. Do not expect this plastic item to match top manufacturers products.

My old in sink soap dispenser broke and I went looking for a replacement that was not too expensive. The brushed nickel RUIA RB2005 was perfect for my needs. My handyman installed it very quickly and it works and looks great.

I chose this dispenser to match the faucet and it looks great. The pump is very smooth and works perfectly. It very convenient to use while washing dishes and looks aesthetically pleasing.

Easiness of the installation depends on what else you have under the kitchen sink. In my case the garbage disposal was in the same area so it took some time to wiggle around the garbage disposal to get the old non-working soap dispenser off and secure this new one. Once everything was in place the soap dispenser worked as advertised. The low price makes it a great value, but time will determine if it will last as long as the Delta soap dispenser it replaced.
