I am so glad I added this to my tool box. I was using 1 Ryobi drill and constantly changing bits so I decided it’s time to add a driver. I saw a lot of review videos on YouTube and I was sold by the 7th positive review. I’m in the process of converting a bus to an RV so I use this driver daily. It’s got plenty of power for my needs. I haven’t yet met a challenge that I couldn’t handle with my Ryobi tools and this is one of my favorites. .

My last gun lasted about six years, after being used pretty heavily in the garage. I do small engine work, and the impact gun gets used quite a bit. The gun I had, gave up the ghost after lending it out (friend spilled oil on it) - it was on it's last leg anyways.I decided to take a quick look on Amazon before heading to HD, and I found this one. I was worried, but decided to give it shot. The gun showed up quickly, and I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever since day one. I pair the gun with the new lithium batteries, and get plenty of power and battery life out of it.

I knew it was refurbished. But as I used it for the very 1st day, it would spin with the attachment in. I finally had to go to a handheld racket set. Sent it back. The Vendor who sold me this Ryobi Impact Driver did take it back and refunded me in full in a timely manner.

Love it. Committed to Ryobi because of the amount of batteries that I have. In all my years using Ryobi I have only had one tool fair and it was old enough to still be blue. This driver has worked perfectly since I got it without issue.

One star deduction for shipping in just a plain plastic bag with no box. Otherwise nice tool. It has no belt clip and does come with a phillips bit. Nice feature is that it does have an led light that some questioned. (The one I received did) Overall I feel it is a nice addition for my Ryobi arsenal…
