A fantastic little starter kit for all kinds. I just started to learn how to make bread and bought this to try it out. I wasn't disappointed. I am sure there are better quality sets or items, but these have served me well for several months now.The tools themselves feel fairly durable, and the baskets are lightweight, but not so much so i think i am going to break them.The templates, while a nice idea, are difficult to use. This could be user error on my part.

My tools came in decent quality with no issues, but as others mentioned the bannetons were splintered and cheap.

Great set overall, however the Danish dough whisk broke after less than a month of use. I loved how well it worked, until it came apart and now is useless.

Great quality for the price! I am new to sourdough and wanted to get some essentials and this kit is just that. It comes with everything you need and seems to be good quality. I got for $20 so you can’t beat the price for all that you get included.

The perfect way to start your sourdough journey. I really didn’t need the lame or stencils or even the useless whisk, any flat three or four tine flat whisk will work.The baskets are real, well made and work like a charm so long as you properly dust them and your loaves.I’m finna get a larger set of the same brand if I can find them!!
