After installing the new screen I turned my laptop on . The picture was great but the touch screen did not work. The company set me a replacement and I installed it, still no touch screen. I found the touch screen program and it said it did not sense the new screen and no connection. I tried everything to find the issue but had no luck so I will live without touch screen. The company did offer to refund my money but I was done messing with it.
