It came with tools was great, as I did not have specific tools. I wasn’t sure I had a 40 pin or a 30 pin connector, but many models like mine had the 40 pin. When I took my original out it matched the 40 pin. **This significant in that the connection must be made properly *****. If you review this product make sure you know the specifications you need.****I like You Tube University for my DIY knowledge. After finding 2 videos I felt like was ready. So I played one segment by segment and it turned out perfect.***^Pay attention to removing the 3m rubber glue used to hold the lcd screen you the laptop^****

This was just the part needed to get the laptop back in working order. Came with needed tools and replacement was easy enough for those with moderate technical knowledge and patience.Resolution was fantastic and responsive touch capabilities.I manage the IT needs for my church and this allowed for a value based repair vs a costly replacement.

Thank you for the great product. After some research and pricing a repair from a box store I thought i might try to replace a screen myself. With a you tube video and the kit i purchased i was able to repair the laptop. I received a great product (tools included) that is of good quality, packaged well and priced right. I hope i don’t ever have to replace a screen again, but if i do, i will certainly buy again from this seller. Thanks so much.

I am a college student who is veryyy frugal. I was able to replace my broken screen and avoid a nearly $300 bill from other repair guys. The replacement screen itself is in perfect, working condition. The job itself is quick and easy.

My HP laptop screen broke a few weeks ago. A friend recommended this replacement and said it would be an easy install. She was right. i watched a simple how to replace broken laptop screen video on youtube and was able to do it will almost no issues. The only issue was removing the cracked screen. The only issue I see is a little light dot which is barely visible when using the laptop. The touch screen works fine. Screen came well packaged with enough protection in a sturdy cardboard box. I am satisfied.
