Very fragile, broke while attempting to install it. Because I had to wait until my computer technician could come to install it, I missed my return date by one day.

First off, modern laptop screens are a pain to replace. My first impressions of this screen were not great - screen arrived in a cardboard box filled with UPS padded mailers (they shipped it USPS) There were 4 in all used for padding.The screen was undamaged - I installed it and it immediately seemed to work. After reassembling the laptop (I had to purchased separately the one time use adhesive strips to install this screen) I noticed the touch screen did not work. I reached out to 'screenarama.com' (there were numerous flyers in the packaging advising to reach out directly - not through Amazon). Their support had me do a number of steps, but came to the conclusion that the panel had an issue.The three options I was given are to 1. Package up and return the screen for a refund 2. Package up and return the screen for a replacement or 3. Get $15With it costing almost $10 in parts to swap back out the screen it is just not worth shipping the screen back - and who knows how long it would take to get that replacement. I turned down all three and instead wanted to warn others not to have to go through what I had to - please use another seller for screen replacement.
