The screen was supposed to be the model for my Ideapad, but Windows can't find a driver for it. Model is not labled or printed on the replacement. Removed and bought same model from Lenovo. Worked perfectly.

First when item arrived the tape and tools for installing were not included. The tools I could do with out the tape to reinstall screen was not included as stated. Company responded mailed missing items took a week to arrive. Installed screen touch part not working. Amazon advised contacting vendor. Vendor said contact Amazon. Amazon wants the screen back and the vendor tells me it will be late October early November before a replacement screen arrives. In the mean time my computer is out of commission once more. It worked just the touch part was not working. The quality of customer service is appalling.

This screen had the 40-pin connector, not the 30-pin. It came well packaged and had a protective film on the front. It was easy to swap out. It took a bit longer to attach some double sided tape to the back. It was just as bright as the original and the touch functionality worked. Excellent buy. I liked the fact that it came with a small screwdriver and tweezers.

The screen operated fine during test operation. As soon as I installed the trim bezel the screen broke. For the life of me, I can understand how this could of happened. ....EDITED. SEE BELOW.Amazon exchanged the screen with the help of the vendor. 2nd one works perfectly! Very happy!

Either my daughter or my husband cracked my screen but of course nobody knows who. Anyways, I normally would take it to my local tech shop to have it repaired for $200+ but I decided to try to fix it myself. The screen came so fast and was a perfect fit. It was easy to replace. I'm so happy.
