The screen that arrives it wasn’t the same item number of the descriptions, it never work, next time post a pic of the back, so we can see the serial number

The seller provided a securely packaged screen with detailed instructions and all tools necessary. That the screen is being returned is no fault of the seller, packaging or product itself. I highly recommend this particular vendor.

The first one we ordered was the wrong one. They refund our money right away and after getting the part number off the back of the screen got the right one and it worked perfectly.
