Even though the vender made a mistake, they realized what had occurred but immediately shipped the remainder items overnight. The pool replacement steps are sturdy and good quality .

Our olf top step had cracked - heat and UV exposure. So instead of buying the same brand brought these, so glad we did. Perfect fit and seem to be a heavier and better made product. Easy to install- we did buy new bolts. Well worth the price. Thumbs up on these steps so far.

My last replacement steps lasted 4 years then broke. These new steps have much thicker supports on the bottom & are a little more narrow which I think will make them slightly more durable. The previous steps were also bought on amazon prime. I reused the original bolts without any trouble. The steps were pretty easy to put together. The holes were the perfect size for the bolts. Overall I’m quite happy with them. They look great too :)I’ll update at the end of the season to see how they are holding up.

just slightly wider than my previous steps, but i made them work. these are easily the sturdiest steps i've ever seen for a pool ladder. the others don't even come close. the other steps seem to be more disposable, where as these seem like a lifetime buy.
