This listing should be taken down for false advertising. Not only is this not silk—the package says "Imitation silk"—but it smells horrible, as it is some cheap plastic. Breathing through this smelly plastic is torture.

Just received this today and it is great for what I needed out in the country. Light weight for even in warmer seasons. In fact I washed it out after receiving it, it had the mild factory smell as usual for a packaged garment, and rung it out in a towel and hung it to dry. In doing this I discovered this would be great if working in the hot sun to do this procedure, in order to cool you and keep the sun and bugs of your head, face and neck.It’s affordable, lightweight, will likely protect form wind burn and sun burn and can easily stow it in a pocket. Very handy very happy.

The imitation silk material on this face cover is great. It's soft and lightweight and it gives you the choice to wear it as a complete face cover or under a motorcycle riding hat or even as a filter against the dangerous agent in the air we're breathing. It will keep the wind, sun, sand, and the mosquitos away from my face in my next camping trip.

This is a nice fitting produce and is windproof but it is thinner than I thought, so not quite as warm.
