It honestly sounds good, but they include 3 absolutely garbage clamps. You have to pound two of them on the tips to make them work. The third one doesn't work at all. I had to go buy another clamp because the garbage one included.

Just buy it. It's not SO Loud you hear it blocks away. On a stock car, it gets it louder than stock which is what your looking for. Just wasted $400+ on magnafl.. barely louder than stock. Wish just did this 1st.. and you do not need special tools to remove anything like some reviewers have stated. Simple hand tools will remove and install. Yes a reciprocating saw would help on removal if you don't want to save anything.

Exhaust sounds great! But doesn't quite fit an lt1. It definitely takes some adjustments to get it to fit, but it would never fit right. I took mine to an exhaust shop and had them adjust it properly. Also there is no hangar on the passenger side like the stock exhaust for an lt1.

Replaced 80 series Flowmasters after extensive research on straight through cat-back systems SLP checked all the boxes. Stainless steel, dual tail pipes, real muscle car sound from my ls-1 transam. It doesn't 'drone' as many claim and loud when you want it to be. Accelerate hard it definitely advertises there's a muscle car coming. Drive like a normal person it fairly docile. I'm glad I didn't waste my money by throwing down 1k+ for Borla just to say "it's a Borla".
