Gives false Blood Pressure readings..usually about 155/95, which is never anywhere close to my blood pressure and never changes more than 1 or 2 points. This is dangerous and I do not believe this smartwatch has the ability to read BP at all. The app connects my phone to the watch, then shuts off my phone speaker, and the speaker on the watch can barely be heard. The weather rarely connects. I can find no way to talk to anyone live to troubleshoot, only FAQ's. This was my first smart watch, but seems more like a scam. I am going to return it for a full refund. A very annoying smart watch.

I bought this watch believing it was a new product. Nowhere in the description did it say that it was a "Renewed", "refurbished", or "used" but i received this watch with a deep scratch in the screen, and the previous owners notifications still in the watch. Other than that it seems to have connectivity issues.
