I just received my first set of these armrest covers and installed them on my computer desk chair. I am a developer/engineer and behind the computer all day. Prior to these covers, I had towels wrapped around my armrests and secured with zip ties because my elbows would ache after a short amount of time sitting at my desk. I was about to purchase a Herman Miller chair just to have better arm rests, but other than that one complaint, I like my current chair. These armrest covers shipped very quickly, are made in the USA, were really quite easy to install and look great. The armrests on my chair come to a point at the end (do not wrap around), which I would think is probably the hardest install. I had to lace them so that one end wrapped around itself. That being said, it was not difficult to come up with a way to lace the covers in a way that secured them around the end of the armrest. The grommets and laces are of good quality that allowed me to pull the laces very tight. I managed to install these by myself, but I could see where it may be necessary to have an assistant hold the laces tight as you are lacing up the covers on your chair. I don't believe these covers will rotate or move at all on my chair. The extra pad was essential for me, as that is where the majority of the cushioning comes from. I hope that foam pad will hold up over time. It would be perfect to find a gel pad that I could use under the cover, but initially the foam pad is very comfortable. I am so pleased with these covers that I am now ordering a second set for a LazyBoy that I have with solid wood armrests. I have always hated the armrests on that chair and I rarely use it because of them. It would be nice if these armrests were offered in brown to match my LazyBoy, but black generally goes with everything. I will just be happy to be able to have a comfortable armrest on the chair instead of putting my arms to sleep. Thank you for a great American made product!

This is the second pair I ordered. The first pair did so well that the chair seat died before the chair arms. I purchased a new chair and immediately ordered this set again. I could not use the first ones over because I had cut the strings on the first chair really short so they couldn't be seen. I guess If I would have just replaced the strings, that would have worked, but I got the entire thing new to go with the new chair. The arms are soft with these on. Take your time putting them on - pull strings taut and they don't move at all. Excellent product. My chair arms were shorter, so I just folded them under. Actually gave even more padding. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

They don't fit at all with the look of the chair (using them for an office chair) but I was aware of that going in and they fulfilled a need perfectly. I am happy with how they went on and how well they hold, and the comfort is definitely there, they are quite cushy. They seem well made but overpriced for what they are. There are not many good alternatives available that I could find so these are probably going to be your best bet. I am not disappointed with them, but I am also not blown away. They work well and do what they should but make the furniture look cheap in my opinion.

These are pretty efficient and fairly classy-looking. I had some markings on the arms that I want covered and it looks much better. They were Easy to put on but it does take a little time to lace everything up. Nice quality materials to work with. It comes with an optional long-length spongy Styrofoam material to bulk up the arm rest and I ended up using that as well. It has lasted a while now considering that there are always arms resting on the material. I bought for someone that is constantly at that desk for work. He seemed to like it very much.

They are very hard to put on the chair arms and do not stay once they are on the chair arm.

I have a very satisfied office leather chair which I bought 2-3 years ago from Sams Club. Recently, the leather on the right arm starts to peel off. It's a pity to throw away such a great chair just for this leather issue. I am very happy to use this cover and quickly resolved my issue. The cover is very soft and my arm feel very comfortable touching it.Since my chair is very big, I hope this cover could be even wider so it's easier for me to use it. The current width is ok. I also with there is an easier way to tie the thread, it took me 5-10 minutes to have it done. Overall, very happy about the quality. Very useful and resolved my chair issue.

To say that right out of the package I was disappointed is an understatement. I think most people will be. These are cheap looking and on all but the thinnest of arms, the grommets will show and the look is sloppy and unprofessional. Even if they did work, i am guessing they would fall apart in a few months on a chair that got routine use. For $35, I was expecting a much better experience. I will be returning these.

Once I got it laced up on my loop style arm rest I can say it's very nice. The leather had cracked on both armrests and this covers them very well and feels soft on my arms.I have pretty bad arthritis and had kind of a hard time getting them tight and tied but if I can do it, it should be a breeze for someone else.I do have one little gripe, though. I think the laces could have been a little beefier. They seem a little small so I didn't want to give them a good tug to get them really tight.I just got a email back from Ergo360 suggesting I partially tie the lace a few segments at a time. I think that will alleviate any problem with the cover not being tight enough. That's excellent customer service. I just wish every seller/manufacturer was that concerned about satisfied customers.
