Bought this back in 2018 and am just now replacing it 7 years later. The reason is because some of the bags are starting to rip. But it has lasted 7 years! 👍

Have had this for over 3-4 years now. The product has helped up. Easy to clean the bags and the wheels roll so easily. I will buy this again if I need a second one.

Rolls/maneuvers well even when full of laundry. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Bags are a great washer load size. Definitely recommend.

So glad I purchased this. It’s very sturdy and the bags feel like they will hold up well with use. The wheels are real, heavy weight wheels and glide well on our hardwood floors. Assembly was super easy. I’m 7 months pregnant and did it by myself without any frustrations. Really excited that this organizes all our laundry and takes up less space than individual hampers. Highly recommend.

I'm so impressed with this sorter! The price made me feel it may be low quality, and the listed dimensions seemed a bit small. I took a shot based on the good reviews and I couldn't be happier. The baskets hold much more than expected - each is easily a full load in a standard size washer. It was fast and simple to put together. The wheels move freely and it's rolls like a dream, and the whole unit is very sturdy. I can't get over this being a fraction of the cost of other sorters. And while this isn't brand specific, my kids go out of their way to put their clothes in their baskets, which is helping keep clothes off the floor. That alone is worth the money!

I bought this new laundry sorter after my old one fell apart while moving. Mold one was from Walmart--Better Homes & Garden 4-bag sorter. In comparison this product is much sturdier and higher quality. I prefer to have to 4-bag sorter instead of 3-bag because of the way i sort my family's laundry. I have small kids (boy & girl) so we have a lot of bright colors and pinks/reds. I do whites, darks, bright colors (turquoise, green etc.), and reds/pinks for my sorting. I have started teaching my 2 and 3 year old how to put their clothes with the right colors. The bags hold a lot of clothes. If I skip laundry for a week they will be full, so they can hold at least 2 weeks worth of a family of 4's clothes if that gives you a better idea. I wanted the sorter to fit perfectly under my small folding table in the laundry room. I had to remove the wheels (which wasn't a problem since I don't need it to be mobile). I like top of the bags are slightly angled, so although it's under a small folding bench you can still easily put the clothes in without needing to slide it out. I do have to slide it out to remove the bags from the sorter. It has to be removed by lifting straight up,it's a struggle any other way.Overall: having a sorter cuts down on unnecessary laundry sorting time and saves space by not having to have different piles of sorted clothes all over the place on laundry days. I recommend this product to anyone with a family especially. The price was reasonable for the quality compared to buying on in the stores like Walmart or Target.

Updated:This company, I have to say, has one of the best customer service experiences I've had via Amazon in the past few months. I mean, it would obviously have been better had there not been a delivery mix-up to begin with, but eventually, they got the right laundry cart to me. When the correct one arrived, it assembled without a hitch and everything worked out fine. I'm withholding a star for the enormously time-consuming mix-up, but I'd say the problem was much more with Amazon than with Songmics. This is because Amazon delivered the wrong product to begin with, and made it basically impossible to send Songmics the right photos of the stickers on the box that proved the mix-up. Even after 1 failed attempt and my work to compress the images, Amazon's server still would not pass on the email containing the zip file. Too much work, Amazon. Too much work.Original Title:Received flawed top piece. Manufacturer replaced it very promptly, but turns out the whole cart was the wrong one all along..Pros:The heavy duty wheels and screws+washers make for a much sturdier-seeming base than a much more expensive laundry cart I bought from a big box store that fell apart after a year of use, so I was excited.Cons:But after receiving a slightly better replacement part for an improperly welded top piece (maybe C or something), I smashed everything that was slightly off kilter into place with a rubber mallet (which broke the top plastic end covers, but didn't bother me too much), only to discover at what was supposed to be the triumphant end that the cart I had received is the 3-bag cart and not the 4-bag cart. The smaller frame is not actually large enough to fit a 4th bag, and is a different model altogether.Aftermath:I think the manufacturer honestly tried to solve the situation, and was prompt about the replacement part. But there was a mix-up in the first place about the model of cart Amazon sent me, and the pieces didn't all fit together perfectly, meaning that especially after forcing some pieces a little, it became impossible to disassemble to return to Amazon.Manufacturer offered two choices. 1: receive a ten dollar refund for the inconvenience, and essentially pay $30 for the 3-bag sorter as opposed to the 4-bag sorter or 2: process a refund from Amazon, but presumably I'd have to disassemble the whole thing.I chose #1 since I'd already wasted a lot of time with this cart. The product seems promising overall, but both Amazon and Songmics need to work hard to improve quality control and distribution accuracy. Customer service was good, just not very practical. I mean, I basically feel forced by logistics to keep a $30 incorrectly sized laundry cart I never wanted that took a lot of energy to assemble, and I can't even expand it to the size I really need. This is totally a first world problem, but I can't help but feel a bit annoyed.

First things first, as far as the smell. I'm seeing some reviews say the wheels smell and some reviews say that the bags smell. The wheels smell fine to me, yes they have grease on them (so watch your fingers assembling it) but they don't smell like anything other than wheels. The bags do have a fairly strong smell right out of the box, it's not as offensive as some reviewers have described (at least not in my case). I have a feeling that once these bags air out for a little while the smell will go away. It's really just the smell of factory plastic and it's not much different from any other clothes hamper or product made out of this material. As far as assembly, I have to say I was impressed with how simple it is. Most of the pieces snap into place, so one person can bang out this assembly in 15-20 minutes tops. The wheels are a bit of a challenge to get on but they give you a wrench so it's just a matter of dexterity to turn the tiny wrench enough times around the nut of the wheel. The whole apparatus seems quite sturdy and it rolls easily, which is perfect for my single-story apartment. Now, when I'm ready to do laundry, I can roll the laundry over with all my stuff organized just like how I wash it. No more worrying about combing through the basket trying to remember how many shirts I wore that week that shouldn't be machine-dried! The capacity of the bags is pretty decent, I would say that me being a bachelor I could get a week's worth of clothes in here without an issue. And I'm using the fourth one for towels, which is nice.Ultimately I'd say this is money well spent, if the smell doesn't go away after a while or if things change I will revise this review to three or four stars but something having a smell out of the box in this day and age is really not a reason to one-star something. We live in a world of factories and chemicals.
