No instructions supplied with the tire kit. Found some instructions at the Value Spare web site but there are a lot of tools to figure out regarding the handles and sockets supplied. On a brighter note, the wheel/tire feel heavy duty and ready to go. The tools also appear to be substantial and ready to go as well.I am in the process of figuring out a mounting for the wheel/tire in the wheel well while protecting the high voltage cables. Toyota, in their infinite wisdom, decided to route high voltage power cables through this area, ridiculously wasting valuable spare tire space.Still though, all-in-all I feel much better having a spare tire as opposed to relying on a kit that shoots sealant into the flat thus rendering the flat and tire pressure sensor inoperable.Would I buy this tire and kit again? Yes.

Bought this tire a long time ago for my daughter. She got a flat and tried to use it but it didn’t fit. It is listed as the right tire but doesn’t fit, completely useless. I suppose in retrospect I should have took off her tire and tried it out when I received it originally. Stupid of me to trust this company.

Just what I was looking for, a spare that would fit. You can see I took out the foam piece and placed 3 2x4's in the base then placed the tire / wheel in. I added extra foam around the high voltage connector then placed in the Jack and then added even more foam to keep the tire in place. 1000 miles and no problems.

Decent value considering what others charge for this option. It's a shame manufacturer's do this with so many cars now. Glad you guys are making these. Seems like they are a quality tire and rim. As well as the accessories. Appears to be very close to the original tire size so I anticipate no issues with running it for limited times. Hopefully never have to use it, but if stuck in the boonies it's better than waiting for assistance. Especially if it is not available. By the way, if you use the manufacturers repair kit, you are very close to the cost of a spare tire. It ruins the sensor, about $100-150, plus expense for install and syncing with car computer,(another $100-150) then having to get more sealing fluid (another $50). That's only for one flat. If you keep your car for years it's a good chance you'll have at least one other flat. It's ridiculous. Thanks for the spare tire option. Note: this tire will fit with very little modifications. Just a few foam or wood blocks about 2 to 2.5 inches high and it clears the cables and disconnect in the trunk for the hybrid model. Put another foam block in the center of the rim to support the stock cover and it sits just right. Flat.

WOW! What a kit! Excellent wheel, excellent tool kit, fantastic lug wrench with sockets and ratchet assembly for the jack. A little on the pricey side, but sure beats being stranded out in the middle of nowhere without a spare waiting on a rollback to haul you away! Don't be caught unprepared!
