Installed on a 2004 Civic EX and it kind of fits. The midpipe connector is touching the shield. Plus the muffler tip isn't long enough so the back of the muffler is hitting right against the exhaust opening. Could be user error but my father who is a mechanic looked at it and said there isn't much to fix that.BUT, my main gripe is how it sounds. I tuned my car to pop on decel and with this tin foil exhaust the pops sounds MUCH higher pitched and HIGHLY metallic. Most likely because of how thin the metal is on the muffler. Additionally above 4k rpm the sound of exhaust goes straight to rice city. To the point where I didn't even want to drive hard. Below 4k actually sounds nice. I put my old muffler on and all the fried rice sounds went away.So in conclusion go to a muffler shop. They can change your muffler and delete the resonator for the same price as this, minus a cool exhaust tip. Best of all they will ensure everything fits properly.

Fast shipping! Showed up a few days before estimated delivery. Very easy to install. Product quality seems good for the cost. Exhaust is not loud in my opinion. As in other reviews the first section of piping is either bent wrong or flanges welded on in the wrong orientation to bent pipe. Pipe hangs down way lower than it needs to be. My car is lowered a little bit and pipe scrapes a lot.

Sounds great. Nice and low rumble but good luck driving over speed bumps or any slightly raised pavement. I'm scraping around a lot as the middle section fitment bends downwards. Also, this melted my rear bumper, so that kind of sucks.

Definitely a good purchase. Sounds great and not crazy expensive compared to higher end exhausts. Besides having some trouble taking my old exhaust off, installing my new one was easy it just bolts right up. It comes with a muffler tip that I took off because I like it louder but having it on makes a big difference in making it quieter. As easy as it is putting on and taking off that muffler tip I definitely would probably use it for longer trips.

I bought this system for a 2005 Civic coupe and it is not a bolt-up fit. It might fit a 2001 or 2002 if you have a catalytic converter under your engine followed by a three bolt flange that’s basically flush with the back of the front tires. My car has the cat incorporated in the exhaust manifold with a two bolt donut flange in front of the oil pan.If you are looking for an exhaust system that “looks” like an exhaust system and the above fitment issue is fine on your car, then you need to know the muffler and resonator are...well...empty air space. THERE IS NO PACKING IN EITHER ONE! So if you want a shiny new exhaust that is as loud as one that’s old and has no packing left...this kit is for you!Now for the tubing. The bends seem decent. The flanges came with hardware and price appropriate gaskets. The hangers are pretty dang perfect on my car (which was a bit of a shocker). The tip sits about half an inch away from the bumper, is centered under the exhaust notch, and the outside of the can tucks up behind the bumper cover. It sticks out just far enough past the bumper cover that it won’t melt the bumper, but it does not stick out past the top of the bumper where it’s the first thing to hit if you were to back up against something. The tubing is 2 1/4” inside diameter.I bought this kit mainly for the tubing bends. I am putting a mild turbo setup on the car and have to build a downpipe and relocate the cat under the engine anyways, so the fitment issue wasn’t a problem for me. For the price...I was able to justify keeping it considering it fails in most areas as an “exhaust system”.

Honestly ive had this for about 2 months now and I love it. Add that nice rumble when idling, low end has a nice low tone and once vtec kicks in it sounds like the typical fart cannon you hear on most civics which honestly i love lol. It was super easy to install and looks nice.Edit: The fitment got a little weird and started melting my plastic bumper slightly which isn't a huge deal, but since its attached with bolts and hangers, i can't adjust it to stop, but still great!

Got this for my 2005 Civic Ex Special Edition. Went to a muffler shop and had them put it on. Unfortunately it didn't fit perfectly, the mechanic had to cut and weld it to get it fitted on correctly, but other than that mishap, it is an excellent exhaust. Sounds great, not sure I'll ever ask for another.
