There is an existing review with pictures of the tubes having a mis-shapen end where it mates to the expansion valve. This item is manufactured defective.

Went right into place and the installation was a breeze. Make sure you buy an expansion valve. I just bought an OEM one from the dealer. Had it all back together in no time and it seems like very good quality.

Part arrived and I tried to install. Spent an hour diagnosing a leak that kept occurring. Removed the evaporator and found the ends of the tubes formed completely wrong! (no, I didn't examine them because...new part!) I have never seen one so poorly formed as this one. Even had a "quality approved" sticker on it. Junk. Of course I found this out after the return window had closed.
